Hangzhou Jinma Special Steel Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jinma) was founded in January 1988, and changed its legal form to a joint-stock company in 2012. Jinma enjoys a long history of providing special steel supply chain services. After more than 30 years of growth, it has now developed into a professional special steel supply chain service provider, running steel trading as its core business and providing a variety of supplementary services, ranging from deep processing of steel, investments, logistics services to property leasing. Jinma offers services to a wide range of end customers and enjoys an annual sales volume of over one million tons of bar steel, wire steel and other special steel. In line with the objective of being faithfulness, strengthening solidarity, emphasizing dedication and striving for excellence, Jinma also plays an indispensable role of linking special steel manufacturers to end customers in various industries and acts as a key strategic partner of many nationally known special steel manufacturers such as Nanjing Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd., Dongbei Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., Xingtai Iron and Steel Corp., Ltd, Shagang Group, Zhejiang Yuanli Metal Product Group Co.,Ltd., Benxi Steel Group Corporation, Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., Beijing Jianlong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. and so on. Jinma has also been placed among China's top 100 steel trading enterprises as well as top 50 steel trading associations for many years consecutively.

While sticking to its main principle of integrating resources and raising the capacity of development, being services oriented and innovation driven, Jinma has devoted to strengthen its top-level design, to optimize the company’s management and control method, to encourage innovation in business model and profit model, as well as to enhance its economic efficiency and market competition capability basing on its prudent operation. Along with the development of its business, Jinma has put great efforts to the incubation of three metal trading companies differ in their core business, i.e., Hangzhou Dongbei Special Steel Group Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Jinma Special Steel Supply Chain Co., Ltd. and Wuxi Yuma Special Steel Co., Ltd.. In order to enhance its professional service quality and refine its serving capability of the supply chain, Jinma has set up a subsidiary named Zhejiang Jinmate Special Automotive Components Co., Ltd., to provide the automotive component industries with wire rod materials, standard high-strength steel castings and standard cold headed parts, enjoying an annual output of wire drawing reaching 50,000 tons and standard cold headed parts 30,000 tons.
